Dear Parents and Guardians,

Semester 1 reports will be released tomorrow afternoon (Friday 23 June 2023) via Compass. If you do not have access to Compass or cannot access the report, please let your child's classroom teacher know and a printed copy will be supplied. The reports reflect the academic achievement of your child over terms 1 and 2 across all learning areas. 

We are trailing a flexible approach to this semester's Parent Teacher conferences based on previous parent feedback. The meeting is optional and can be via phone, via Teams or face to face in your child's classroom. Tomorrow each classroom teacher will send out a link to a booking form. You will need to indicate on the form that you have received your child report and if you require an interview.  Should you have any questions or concerns about your child's report , please feel free to book a meeting using the booking form. If the available slots are not suitable for you, please contact your child's classroom teacher via email to arrange a different time. 

Teachers will also request a meeting if they have concerns they would like to discuss.
