State Interschools Snowsports Championships
Congratulations to Tess (Year 2), Leo and Luca (Year 4) who recently competed in the State Snowsports Championships at Perisher. Leo and Luca competed in the Snowboard GS and Cross events, with Tess competing in the Ski Alpine and Cross events. Tess placed in the top 10 in both events and will now head to the National Snowsports Championships back in Perisher next week. What an outstanding achievement from one of our youngest sporting representatives! We wish you the best of luck and hope you have a fantastic time competing Tess!

Archdiocesan Athletics Carnival
The Archdiocesan Athletics Carnival was held on Tuesday at the AIS in Canberra. Well done to our outstanding representatives of St Bede’s – Mack, Dylan, Remi, Meredith (year 6), Charlie H (year 4) and Zali (year 3). Congratulations to Charlie who placed 2nd in the Junior long jump, and Dylan who came 1st in the Intermediate high jump, equaling the record in the process. Both boys will now travel to Sydney at the end of the term to compete in the MacKillop Athletics carnival. Good luck!
