Prayer for Remembrance Day

God of our Mothers and Fathers,
we pray for the peace of the world.
We especially entrust to your mercy the homeless and refugees;
those who have been dispossessed through war;
those whose lives and families have been disrupted;
and who mourn the loss of loved ones.
We pray for countries who are war-torn even today.
May sanity return and kindness win through wherever there is warfare.
We ask our prayers through Jesus Christ.

Help required

We can have our First Eucharist celebration at the Church on Sunday 21 November 2021. To facilitate this, we are asking all parents of children making this sacrament to help clean the church on Saturday 20 November at 9:30am. The church roof restoration is currently underway, and the works mean that the church will require a good clean. BYO cleaning supplies (including vacuum cleaners please). Many hands make light work. I look forward to seeing you there:)

Thank you to all our students and parents for being so understanding regarding the postponement of our celebration. We have set a new date and are hopeful that we will be able to celebrate the Sacrament of First Eucharist on Sunday 21st November at 10:30am.
