Dear Parents and Carers, 

Please find attached a letter from the Director of Catholic Education, Ross Fox, about two planning days in Term 3. The dates of these planning days are Monday August 15 and Friday September 23. 

The planning days are pupil free. However, arrangements will be made for the supervision of those students who need to attend school. I will provide you with further details well in advance of the days.  

I greatly appreciate your understanding of the need for this response in this challenging context.
