Parish

St Bede’s School is an integral part of St Bede’s Parish. We are fortunate to have the presence of Fr Tony Percy Parish Priest and Fr Joshua Scott, Assistant Priest who contribute to ensuring a close and happy connection exists between the parish and school. Together we build and celebrate together the community that is St Bede’s, Braidwood.

The historic St. Bede's Church in Braidwood had its foundation stone laid in 1858 by Fr O'Brien and the Church was built in two stages. Today St. Bede's Church is not only a centre for worship for the local community but also a popular site to visit by many tourists who admire not only the architecture but the beautiful stained-glass windows and artworks.
